The five-story residential project, Edge LoHi, is now under construction at the corner of 17th and Central.
Known as Grandview LoHi at the time of our announcement post, the project now known as Edge LoHi will bring 44 for-sale condominiums and 4,100 square feet of ground-floor retail to Lower Highland. The design of the new building has changed just slightly from what was presented last fall, so here’s an updated rendering, courtesy of Cuningham Group:
Construction is still in the very early stages, but here are a few images of the site from last weekend:
It’s nice to see that the mature trees at the corner will be preserved!
We will stop by Edge LoHi in a few months with a construction update.

Hey Ken- Thanks for this update. Wondering if any of these for-sale units will included some under-market rate options? Now that for-sale units are being developed, I’m curious at how many below-market/”affordable” units will be built as well. Liz
HI Liz. These are for-sale condominiums, with prices starting at $407,900. Here’s a link to the web site, if you want to explore further :https://edgelohi.com
Yet another instance where the city does not have any regard for pedestrians or existing bike lanes…
^^Exactly, hopefully they make some changes soon.
