Hello friends and readers of DenverInfill. We appreciate the concern about the future of DenverInfill and the well-being of Ken and me. While we love providing you with infill news and photos, our lives have been busier than usual this year and we have needed to focus on those matters. This has, unfortunately, impacted DenverInfill and our ability to provide frequent updates. As summer is winding down, we will try our best to provide you with updates more regularly.
There is a lot still going on so let’s get to it! The Rockies Mixed-Use project is taking off with all three buildings now going vertical. Here are a couple photos showing the 19th Street side of the project.
Swinging around the project, more vertical action is taking place along Wynkoop Street.
Seeing a full city block under construction at the same time is quite a sight to behold. Here is one last round of photos from 20th Street. There are openings at 19th and Wynkoop and 20th and Wazee so you can seamlessly cut through or enter the plaza at either corner.
Thank you, again, readers for sticking it through our breaks this year. The infill keeps on trekking. Stay tuned for more!
Welcome back! You guys were sorely missed!
Thank you for the update on this project. And, I agree, you work is greatly appreciated.
So glad to have you guys back! This is definitely one of my favorite projects going up in the city. I cannot wait to see the outcome!
Welcome Back, you are by far the best blog for covering the construction boom in Denver, but how about telling next time when it will 2 months between posts!
Is DenverInfill willing to take on any regular folks to contribute to the site? I’m sure this could open a can of worms and just make things murkier, but since you guys are so busy maybe their are some who could fill in information on sites around their area. Example: Im a mailman and on my route are 3 apartment complexes (7th and Grant and the 2 off Grant/Logan and Speer) Idk, Im just throwing out some ideas. It seems like their are alot of people that follow the site.
Welcome back! Huge thanks for all you guys do!
Agreed! Glad you’re back!
I’ll echo what Brett said. I’d be happy to cruise around on the weekends taking pictures of projects in order to help out with keeping the site going. PLEASE let us know if we can help!
Welcome back! Really do appreciate all your hard-work, and love this site!
Keep on trucking !
Happy to see a post today! Great way to start off the week =) Its been too long
Good to have you guys back!! There is a great video of the renderings from Stantec here –> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKQ-w1oqnCI
This is hands down the most exciting development happening in Denver. It will absolutely change the the Ballpark neighborhood and hopefully spark additional investment to some of the surrounding parking lots a few blocks away.
Nice to see new posts. What’s going on with your lives these days? Hope it’s all good!
Welcome back! I do appreciate all you do.
Thank you for taking the time to update us on the projects around Denver! Interesting stuff!

Thank you everyone for your kind words! This wouldn’t even be a site if we didn’t have readers, so we appreciate you visiting us and showing your support!
While you guys were gone, a bunch of development stuff happened. Now get crackin’!
