When DenverInfill visited 1900 Lawrence in February, the core and steel structure started to go vertical above the street level. Fast forward a few months, and 1900 Lawrence has taken off, with the glass curtain wall beginning to make its way up the building. In terms of current height, the core is approximately 23 stories high, with the accompanying steel structure up to 14 stories. When complete, 1900 Lawrence will be 30 stories tall.

Below are a few photos from around the project along 19th Street and Lawrence Street. In addition to the swift vertical progress of the core and structure, the tower crane above the project site also recently jumped in height.

The new glass curtain wall features a reflective sky-blue color and adds a piece of modern architecture to this area of Downtown Denver, which is dominated by earth-tone and masonry-heavy buildings. Wrapping up our photo tour, here are a few close-ups of the glass.

As 1900 Lawrence continues to climb, it will begin to have a sizeable impact on the north end of the skyline and will be especially visible from River North.
