LoHi Row Update #1

Back in June, Ken announced a new for-sale project, LoHi Row. This is a 12-unit townhome project that is located on West 32nd Avenue between Wyandot and Vallejo.

The wood framing is up to the second floor with one more to go on the first six units. Foundation work has also commenced for the other six units. No matter the size of project, having something new front 32nd Avenue is always a nice treat!

Garage access will be from the north side of LoHi Row through the alley as you can see in the photo below.

These units are going to be priced in the $400k range along with rooftop decks. Check out their website for some additional details and floorplans!

Thanks for update. There is one more floor to add to the six units already framed and the ‘landscape’ work is actually the foundations for six more units.

Fixed! Thanks for the correction! It’s nice to know there are more units going there!
