While rental apartment projects may be the predominant form of development these days in the Downtown Denver area, in Lower Highland, there are several for-sale projects underway, including this project, LoHi Row.

LoHi Row is a 12-unit townhome project located on West 32nd Avenue between Wyandot and Vallejo in an eclectic area featuring homes of all ages and styles and a great mix of retail and restaurants. Here’s a GoogleEarth image where I’ve indicated the site:

The architect is Sprocket, so you know the buildings will have a decidedly modern look to them, the style du jour for Lower Highlands. Here’s the little sketch of a rendering available on the project’s website:

According to the site and floor plans available on the project website, six units will stretch from the street to the back of the lot along both the east and west lot lines, with garage access from the alley to the north and pedestrian access from the street to the south in the center of the lot. Units are priced in the $400k range and feature rooftop decks.
