Ken, I must say, you keep me very interested and I don't even live in Denver anymore. Minneapolis needs a blog like this… Badly.

incredible progress…and a good bit more to come! denver's slow growth continues to be plus in bad economy – let's just hope that national lending standards don't crush denver's smart, urban growth.

Does anyone know if the Spire is stalled as well? I drove downtown recently and it seems to have no progress for months.

I'll throw in my kudos as well… great website! Thanks for the hard work.
In the meantime – what's going on at the corner of 25th and Broadway in the ballpark district? The old building has been demolished and something new will be going in. Does anyone know?

"what's going on at the corner of 25th and Broadway in the ballpark district?"
Chroms Lofts is at 25th and Broadway, but they also recently took down the old Monkey Bean coffee shop / Butcher's Block fronting on Broadway — anyone know what will happen on this corner lot?

Yeah but Ken he was making reference to Four Seasons. Is that his error or did you misread what he wrote?

I moved to Los Angeles in early April, but lived in Denver for 7 1/2 years, and still check the blog often to see the progress of buildings. Can you post some more photos of the Spire when you have a chance? The one you posted was sort of a wierd angle, I am very interested to see the progress of that project in particular…

Anyone know the deal with the windows being installed on the old server building at 15th and Champa? Even unfinished it's a better looking, but what about at the walking height?

I know this site is all about "Infill Development", but it would be nice to acknowledge the numerous remodel/refurbish efforts that have been made around town during the last couple of year. I can name quite a few buildings that are being utilized a lot better now than when this website first began.
The Fontius building is a great example, along with The Glenarm, or even smaller projects like the new Marco's Coal Fired Pizzeria at 2129 Larimer Street Denver. All of these projects add nuance and options for people living in the city.
Going forward, I can't wait to see improvements, such as the Denver Seed company be re-modeled, the W Hotel taking the place of the Office Depot, and the corner of 26th/Walnut being renovated into a cool architect firm. Among many others..!
