It was one year ago this week that Denver’s Four Seasons Hotel and Residences broke ground. The 45-story tower on Block 074is about a third of the way up, and adding one floor a week. If all goes as planned, the tower should top off sometime mid-summer 2009.To celebrate the occasion, here are some photos of the tower under construction. This first batch of pictures are courtesy of BrieAnn at Turner PR:
February 2008 – April 2008 – June 2008
July 2008 – August 2008
September 2008
The rest of the photos are courtesy of Bob H. with a great view of the Four Seasons site from a nearby building. In the last two photos, Bob captured the process of “jumping” the tower crane to a much taller height. Awesome!
wow! great progress, great pics!
Thanks for constantly updating us on downtown Denver. Any word on when the upper downtown page, civic center page, etc. will be upgraded?
Yep. Upper Downtown is about 90% there. It's a long process but stay tuned…
My brother-in-law, Jeff has been an essential, high-contributing member of the management team since the ground breaking, and I'm SO PROUD of him. I can't wait to stay in "his hotel!"
