Right now we’re blessed with a bunch of Downtown Denver construction projects, and who doesn’t love a construction site? So, here’s an update on our Downtown infill projects, in no particular order… beginning with 1900 16th Street.
1900 16th Street is a 17-story office tower by Trammell Crow under construction at the corner of 16th and Delgany in the Union Station district. The rendering below shows the full project buildout of three phases. Phase 1 under construction now is the main 17-story tower plus the lower floors of the parking garage to the left. Phase 2 is the 13-story second office tower to the right, and Phase 3 is the addition of 6 levels of condos on top of the parking garage.

Well, there's a rendering I haven't seen!
Oh goodness, I hope all three phases don't get built as shown, it's very office-parky.
great progress! keep it up!
Can't say I'm a big fan on the cast-concrete facade.
This looks very different than the earlier project renderings and the massive parking structure along 15th is terrible. VE is never a fun exercise, but this is a major diversion and very unfortunate for that part of town. It's like DTC meets downtown.
It only seems like DTC because there hasn't been buildout across 16th yet. But once that happens, it won't look DTC at all. For one thing, those distance between each building isn't much more than two cars worth. They look to be bonafide alleys. Granted, nicer and more usable alleys, and not at all like the one next to the Nob Hill.
Ken,
I am a huge fan of denverinfill…please keep it up!!!! But was wondering when the last time you updated status on the Infill Scoreboard and when you update next time if you could add estimated completion date to the right of the UC. Of course no one will hold you to any dates, because even the developers dont have a grip on that.
