This may be my final blog for a few weeks. I will be traveling until late-February so I will provide a quick update before leaving.
The fabric on the canopy at the mall shuttle station is being installed today. Here’s a photo I took just before noon.
Between sundown last night and sunrise this morning, significant new pieces of the bus terminal roof were installed. I noticed and heard lots of activity but was still surprised at the sight this morning. Here’s the view from above. The new roof sections cover the mechanical rooms in the foreground of the photo.
More tracks and switches are being installed at the light rail station. To keep you oriented, the light rail platform is immediately to the right of the photo. The track configuration is a bit more complicated than I expected.
I may solicit some photography help while I am away. If successful, I can provide updates from afar.
