As I mentioned in my previous Union Station Update, GE Johnson has very little room to work with at the Cadence site. But even with the space limitations, they are making quick progress.
A lot of the foundation is complete and the structure is beginning to rise above street level! As a reminder, Cadence is going to rise 12 stories.
Here is an additional look at how cramped the work site is. The fact that there is minimal conflict between this construction site and the Union Station redevelopment is quite impressive.
Cadence is only one of many private sector developments that are planned and under construction in the Union Station neighborhood. What a great development to start off with!
