Over in Riverfront Park, 20th and Little Raven to be exact, AMLI Riverfront construction has begun. For renderings and details head over to Ken’s post here.
Construction equipment has moved on to the site and ground/utility work has begun. This is another huge hole getting filled in this neighborhood and is one of the final parcels to get built out in the Riverfront Park master plan.
AMLI Riverfront will create a nice street wall from 20th Street and will make the entrance to Riverfront much more pleasing to the eye. It’s amazing what five stories is going to do to this view.
All of these developments around Downtown Denver are helping our urban core become more of a tight knit walkable mecca. AMLI Riverfront contributes greatly to this.
Ryan, if you could send me your email address, I can provide you with some nice aerial photos of this construction site that AMLI has taken every month. We are definitely excited to be moving forward on this development and think it will be a great addition to the neighborhood.
Thanks,
Andy
Andy,
That would be great! My email is [email protected]. Thanks!
Is this project going to include any retail? The retail in Riverfront is a little light–just that stuff at 16th.
On that topic, what’s up with the project at 20th and Chestnut? I had thought that was to break ground in June but I haven’t noticed any activity.
