Denver’s Jefferson Park neighborhood is quickly becoming the next Lower Highland in terms of infill development. There are plenty of big and small projects under construction with more in the works. In this post, let’s take a look at 24 Jefferson Park, a new 28-unit townhome complex along the south side of W. 24th Avenue between Clay and Bryant streets.
