Swinging back over to central Downtown Denver, let’s check in on the quickly rising 1401 Lawrence. The last milestone was when the parking structure topped out with the first floor of the office portion starting to rise.

The low winter sun is upon us, casting long shadows while highlighting the tops of buildings in a brilliant, golden glow. Rising up 14-stories, 1401 Lawrence is starting to make its mark on the Denver skyline.

Even with eight more stories to go, this project has a huge impact next to Larimer Square; helping create a frame for one of Downtown’s most popular destinations.

Looking down 14th Street from the Four Seasons, 1401 Lawrence is already positively changing the street level. It’s only going to get better from here as the project continues to rise along with the facade.

For this update, we have three more bonus photos taken from the Four Seasons. Thanks to DenverInfill reader S. Autrey for these great shots!

In the coming weeks, we should start to see the glass curtain wall rise on the upper portion of the office building, which will be featured in our next update. See you then!
