Since our last update in October 2016, work at The Coloradan site has progressed significantly. Excavation is now complete, foundation work is underway, and, on this snowy day, workers are installing a red tower crane base on the project site. As a refresher, The Coloradan is a much needed condo project going up in a prominent location in the Union Station neighborhood. This project will consist of 342 condo units contained in a 19-story building. For high resolution renderings and more details, head on over to our April 2016 update.

Let’s start off with a panorama of the entire project site. Here we can see that the project has ‘bottomed out’ with foundation work, for the building and cores, is currently underway.

The red tower crane that will help build The Coloradan will be placed just outside the project site on the street. Here are two photos, from today, of the red base getting installed.

Work on the underground levels will take some time, especially given the winter weather. We will check back once the tower crane is up and the underground levels are near completion!
