In just under three months, 1510 Market has gone from just going vertical to completely topping out. This four-story building is taking up an important corner surface lot that will complete the street wall on Market Street and vastly improve the intersection over on 15th Street.
At the moment, the entire building is covered in scaffolding for the facade work. However, one feature you can see is the setback roof line, just like what is pictured in the rendering.
We will swing by 1510 Market again when the facade starts to go up.
Just want to make clear that the steel structure is part of the facade. We will be installing windows in the openings over the next few weeks, but that steel is to be painted and will be finished exterior surface.
Very nice. We need spaces of this scale.
How about another one of these at 15th & Blake? I love these “small” infill projects downtown.
Any idea what’s being planned for colfax and Osage? They’re digging it all up and we’re hoping for something awesome. I can’t seem to find a good resource for construction permits to check.
If this is at the southwest corner, then it is an apartment building, no ground floor retail space. The plans for that building can be found here on Denver’s Sire Development Plans Map:

You may be disappointed with what you see. I know I was since a good portion of the facade facing Osage will not be activated in any real sense; mostly blank walls. A rendering of the project can be found Studio PBA’s (the architect) website.
