TriVista on Speer, a seven-story, 322-unit apartment building, is making great progress. Not only has a tower crane been put up on the project site, as you can clearly see on the cover photo, but significant vertical progress has also been made.
The south end of the project is still getting out of the ground however, the first concrete piers are starting to go in.
Because this project is going to be seven-stories tall, the building’s structural material will be concrete. The north end of the project is making great progress as the second floor is already underway.
TriVista on Speer is filing in a very large, awkwardly shaped gap along Speer Boulevard. Not only is a surface parking lot disappearing, it will be home to over 322 residents!
Happy to see Speer filling in!
When the hell did they slap on paint on the apartment buildings across Speer? Terrible!
I couldn’t agree more. The first time I saw that I imagined someone must have gotten fired for making that decision.
Looks like something you would see in Guatemala City or Panama..
