Since receiving its tower crane over nine months ago, Alexan 20th Street Station has been making steady progress. Similar to its neighbor project, Alexan Arapahoe Square, Alexan 20th Street Station will be a 12-story, 354-unit apartment building eradicating another half-block of surface parking in Arapahoe Square.

Also matching the progress of the two nearby projects in the Welton Corridor, Alexan 20th Street Station is starting to go vertical and is currently four stories up. When looking back at the renderings, setbacks begin on the fifth floor, as the podium tops out at four stories.

This part of Arapahoe Square is dramatically changing with three very large projects now starting to go vertical and it will be a very interesting sight to see once these are all complete. Back in December 2016, we highlighted this corridor in our 3D Future Skyline update. Make sure you take a look at that update to see how much infill is taking place in this area.
