Let’s check in on the Alexan LoHi project at 32nd and Tejon in Lower Highland. This new development will provide 106 homes for people looking to live in a walkable, transit-friendly neighborhood. Bus stops right at the corner offer access to both the 32 and the 44 routes with a straight shot into downtown.

Since our last update in February, the five-story structure has topped off and soon the building’s brick facade will be installed. Alexan LoHi will add around 9,500 square feet of ground-floor retail/restaurant space to an area brimming with similar destinations.

Last weekend we stopped by and took a few photos, starting with these from the corner of 32nd and Tejon:
