Denver Health‘s new nine-story Support Services Building has been open for business for a while now, but let’s do a final update on the project anyway. Located at the northwest corner of 6th Avenue and Broadway at the southeastern tip of the La Alma/Lincoln Park neighborhood, the Denver Health Support Services Building provides the institution with an additional 180,000 of space and is an important step in Denver’s Health’s campus reorganization and modernization. The opening of the Support Services Building allows an outdated administrative building in the center of the campus to be demolished, making room for Denver Health’s proposed 272,000 square-foot Ambulatory Care Center to be constructed. Denver voters will have a chance to approve bond funding for the Ambulatory Care Center this November as part of the 2017 GO Bond initiative.
