Back in March, we reported on a proposed residential development bringing 100 new homes to Lower Highland at 2680 18th Street. That’s at the corner of 18th and Erie at almost the very northwestern tip of the downtown street grid. Since then, the project has broken ground and is starting to go vertical. Shaw Construction is the general contractor.

We credit the architect in virtually every single post. Rarely do we have a rendering of a project that is unattributed. However, we are not an architectural criticism site.
