Modera Capitol Hill is an eight-story development by Mill Creek Residential that will provide 197 new rental homes in Capitol Hill, one of Denver’s most walkable urban districts. Construction began a few months ago, so let’s see how things are coming along.

The project is currently in the “hole in the ground” stage as shoring walls for the two underground parking levels are going in. The general contractor is Shaw Construction. Here are two views from the alley looking across the site toward Grant Street:

Here’s a big panorama showing the entire site:

We have four new renderings of Modera Capitol Hill to share with you, courtesy of Davis Partnership Architects. The first rendering is looking south down Grant Street and the second rendering shows the alley side of the project looking west:

The first of these nighttime views is looking northeast from the corner of Grant and 12th Avenue, while the second gives us an overhead perspective of the south and alley sides looking northwest.

Modera Capitol Hill is scheduled for completion in early 2019.
