We just visited The HUB less than a month ago, but an astounding amount of progress has been made at the project site. The HUB is located right off of the 38th and Blake commuter rail station and will bring 250,000 square feet of offices along with 25,000 square feet of retail.

Back in October, the core started to rise, and a red tower crane base was spotted on the project site. Present day, the cores are almost fully erected along with the parking garage. This process happened very quickly thanks to precast parts and two crawler cranes doing the quick and heavy lifting.

Because there are two crawler cranes lifting the precast sections, the tower crane will most likely be erected once the precast sections are complete and the other cranes are taken down.

Last but not least, here is The HUB from the recently opened pedestrian bridge at 35th and Blake.

Despite three weeks of very quick progress, The HUB still has around a year to go before completion.
