As you can see in the cover photo, a new tower crane has been added to Downtown Denver; specifically in the Golden Triangle neighborhood. This tower crane is for the Element Hotel which will end up providing 157 hotel rooms contained in a seven-story building. Head on over to our announcement post for more information and renderings of this project.

The project site, which used to be an auto-repair facility, has been completely cleared and construction is in full swing. There will not be any underground levels to this building so we should see it go vertical fairly quick. Here are two photos of the site taken over the weekend.

The Element Hotel Downtown fills in another gap in the Golden Triangle further repairing its urban fabric.
