Going up on the full city block bounded by Walnut, 33rd, Larimer, and 32nd streets in Denver’s River North/Five Points area is Camden RiNo, a five-story apartment community that will provide 233 new homes to the booming neighborhood just northeast of Downtown Denver.
Back in May in our first update, the development was in the early stages of going vertical. At present, the parking garage has topped off and the residential and other uses that will wrap the garage are now rising.
We offer a 360-degree tour of the site from last weekend, starting with the corner of 33rd and Walnut and the perspective down Walnut toward downtown.
Here’s the view of Camden RiNo at the corner of 33rd and Larimer, along with shots down 33rd Street (with 14,259-foot Long’s Peak in the distance) and down Larimer Street. The building’s primary pedestrian entry, leasing office, fitness center, landscaped courtyard, and 3,500-square foot retail space will be at or near this corner.
Next up is the corner of 32nd and Larimer, followed by two views from 32nd and Walnut.
In these photos taken from Walnut we can see the space that will become an interior courtyard, eventually to be hidden from the street by apartments facing Walnut.
We are back at our point of beginning, the corner of 33rd and Walnut.
We hope you enjoyed our construction photo tour of Camden RiNo. We’ll visit this project again in a few months.
