Facade work has begun on One Platte, a five-story office development along Platte Street that will contribute 250,000 square feet of office space. The exterior of this project features a simple alternating pattern of dark brick and floor-to-ceiling glass.

One Platte has around six more months of construction and should be wrapping up by 1st Quarter 2022.
Watching this street corridor fill in has been one of the more fascinating developments in the city. To think, not that long ago, Denver Beer company sat nearly alone, with mostly empty parking lots around it. Wonder if anyone was prescient enough to take ambient noise readings before and after from the highway. I imagine the there’s absolutely a difference.
In your photo, you can make out graffiti on the building immediately adjacent. What a disappointment this has been. I drive I—25 daily, and this building is tagged weekly – I don’t know how the owners can keep up with it. Such a shame.
A boutique hotel development with a rooftop F&B concept would be awesome for the parking lot directly to the south.
