Heading just west of Uptown, City Park West has a couple of projects that have wrapped up, one under construction and a few in the pipeline. While there isn’t much of a “boom” going on in the neighborhood, there is still a fair bit of organic growth and high-quality projects getting built.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The Arbory. As we have mentioned in many posts, Central Denver has an immense shortage of condos and for-sale housing. The Arbory is one of those projects providing this much-needed housing. Construction is trekking along, with the primary structure officially topped out.

Broadstone Kendrick. Formally known as Broadstone Uptown, Kendrick Uptown is now complete with residents moving in. This project features a pair of eight-story buildings that add a significant presence along East 18th Avenue. The contrast of facades between each of the buildings is also a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

St. Joseph Medical Pavilion. The 92,000 square-foot office pavilion for the Saint Joseph medical campus is complete. This building resides on the official neighborhood border of Uptown, Five Points, and City Park West. Since this project is east of Park Avenue, which defines the border for Uptown in this area, we are including it in this roundup.

It’s encouraging to see so many projects in the works in this neighborhood and in Uptown. More folks to support the cultural scene here and downtown.
