When we visited 955 Bannock in our last Golden Triangle roundup, the project site was fenced off, with preparations underway to start construction. Today, 955 Bannock is entirely under construction, with a tower crane base now residing on the project site.
The new 12-story building takes up a relatively small footprint which will help break up the new street wall underway along Bannock Street through all of Golden Triangle. Below are a few photos of the project site. Excavation and shoring are in progress, with the red tower crane base residing on the project’s north end.
Before we let you go, here are some rendering refreshers of 955 Bannock.
The Golden Triangle is exploding with new development, and it’s great to see more projects kick off.

What do (v) and (b) parking stand for?
V – Vehicle
B – Bicycle
Ha, I thought they were B for “below ground” and V for “visible”!
From Alpine Investments’ website on ths building
“expected to be known as a hidden gem”
LOL who wrote that?!
On my bus ride to work it just looks wild like RiNo with how many cranes are happening. It looks like a scene from a movie. It is great to see.
It’s actually 98 units per the most recent BP revisions, fyi. Thanks for the info/photos!
