The Crossing at Denargo Market is now finished. As a refresher, this is a 321-unit apartment building going up directly behind the Yards at Denargo Market; a 301-unit apartment project. Let’s take a tour around the project. The most architecturally prominent feature is the main entrance, where the leasing office and primary resident entry sits.
Walking around the project, we can see that the parking structure, which resides in the center of the building, is enclosed with aesthetically pleasing screening. In regards to the rest of the project, stucco and brick are the primary materials for the facade.
The boom in River North is really starting to pick up with projects both starting and completing!
