So I am thinking that whole.. well, hole, is going to be parking, no? So what is going on in the back corner where it is substantially deeper than anywhere else?
I believe the deepest part of the hole is a stormwater detention vault or something to that effect.
anyone know when to expect the cranes to go sky high? close your eyes and imagine the 4 seasons and across the street the 1401 Lawrence Street project both towering over 500 feet tall.
It looks like it is only a matter of time before we see the large construction crane move into the lot. 1900 16th Street looks like it is getting close too. Always good to see crane additions to our skyline.
LOVE the updates!!! Keep-up the good work!
The renderings for the project show a parking lot at the corner of 14th and Lawrence Street; however, the construction site seems to extend all the way from Lawrence to Arapaho along 14th Street.
Does anyone know if the building will extend this whole length or still include that parking lot?
I hope they get rid of the parking lot at 14th and Lawrence.
It will probably still include the parking lot. Preliminary plans were to make another tower in the future, if demand holds. I imagine they're just prepping that construction as well while they're down there, then will top it with a lot.
