A development review application for a new project in Downtown Denver’s Jefferson Parkdistrict was recently submitted to the city planning office. The project name is Bryant Lofts, and it consists of eight townhomes at the northwest corner of W. 25th Avenue and Bryant Street. Site excavation is currently underway. A rendering of the project has not yet been obtained and the project schedule is unknown at present. Also, in the process of adding this project as well as the recently-announced Jefferson Park Townhomes project to the Jefferson Park district page, I also upgraded the page with a newer color aerial.
Finally, here are a couple of construction update photos for Jefferson Park:

Yes, I've been watching this building especially since I have to admit that I was given notice to vacate the orginal building that was on this lot back in '06. I remember…thanks to infill.com I was informed well in advance of the plans before the property management notified me, so it wasn't so much of a surprise. So thanks to infill.com! Also I much prefer the finished design compared to the initial rendering for this lot which you can still see in the Jefferson section page. Glad to see something this constructive resulted from my moving.
anyone else think the Clay house is hideous?
I agree, the Clay Street Residences are uglier than south end of a north-bound mule!
the clay house needs more color variation. there are actually professional color specialists out there whom can be hired to make sure developers don't make this kind of mistake.
YES, It's one of the ugliest structures I've even seen!!!
Where in the hell these Architects come from !!!
Maybe they haven't added the paint onto the building yet.
Is it even done? I think there are exterior materials that have yet to be put on. Look at the rendering on the Jefferson Park page, it shows a lot more color. That picture looks like they aren't quite finished with it yet.
What a bunch of suburbanite killjoys! Hey wow you groovy boyz and gurls, I like the fact that this building walls up to the sidewalks on both directs from the corner! Just the way an urban neighborhood should look like; walls of urbanity! I bet you moved here from _____, somewhere mediocre and oh so wanna-be glamorous. If you want mauve or olive with grass and trees move to Capitol Hill, Arvada, Lakewood, Wheatridge, Glendale or Englewood. There's some close in, almost urban neighborhoods for ya and lots of places for your pets to poo-poo too. Urrggh, bow-wow-woof and weasels rip my flesh, hey I'm a sissy too but not as narrow sighted as it seems these tweezer weldin' perfectionists are. Oh buddy did you see what was there b-4? So chill and uh, have nice day*
my judgment is in, regardless if some facade is yet to be completed. UGLY UGLY BAD. postmodern at its worst. looks constructed cheaply, even if thats not the case.
Oh, silly girls!! It's not even finished yet. The rendering on DenverInfill.com is way old. Go here to see what the building will look like completed:

Also, this is affordable housing people..this isn't a lovely new edition to Cherry Creek North. Even fantastically relevant cities like San Fran, Chicago and NYC have affordable housing with conservative and not so stunning architecture.
My comment to oz architecture is…yes great cities have boring architecture, however, as an architect wouldn't you rather design something that stands the test of time?!!! This building is already hideous and lacks character and quality. Keep up the facade…you are the one living with your ability to design. We can look the other direction.
