For our last and final update of 1401 Lawrence, we are going to take a look at the inside of the completed project. A huge thank you to Matt Archuletta, of Beck Group, for the great tour!
Let’s start out with the lobby. The expansive area has a modern, marble white finish with a strip of American Walnut wood along the ceiling, adding some nice contrast. The art behind the front desk resembles the same art that can be found on the exterior of the parking structure.
Up on the 9th floor, there is an outdoor terrace for the tenant occupying that particular floor. Looking up, the overhanging glass facade is now complete giving us this neat perspective.
The office spaces have large glass openings providing great views of both Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains.
The top floor, which is exclusively occupied by Polsinelli, also has an outdoor terrace that is surrounded by the glass facade. Needless to say, this is a very neat space. From the outside, you would never guess that there is an outdoor space behind the Polsinelli logo!
Finally, let’s head to the roof to check out some of the amazing views. Starting off with the West and Southeast views, you can see the Golden Triangle, and unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, and the Rocky Mountain skyline.
Going around the roof you can see Union Station, Downtown Denver, and a great view of 1144 Fifteenth going up.
Here is one last look at the exterior of 1401 Lawrence, and how it fits on Downtown Denver’s skyline.
Welcome to Downtown Denver, 1401 Lawrence, it has been a very exciting journey!
Cool building, wish it was taller but still very nice.
That shot of Pikes Peak is incredible!
