Market Station is making great progress as the nearly full city block development in the middle of Lower Downtown has started to go vertical above the street level. If you need a quick refresher on the scale of this project, check out the most recent rendering here.
The two 10-story buildings that will sit along the 16th Street Mall between Market and Blake Street are now up one level. Here are two photos of both corners.
In addition to the taller buildings in this project, the first levels of the five-story buildings, which will wrap around Market and 17th Street, are also underway. Below are a few photos from along Market Street and 17th Street.
It’s very exciting to see Market Station starting to go vertical as this will bring such a positive change to this part of Downtown Denver.
I love the plan that I saw in the much earlier post(s). Yippee!
This will be a game changer.
