Today, we have an update on the Revolution 3600 project going up in the River North neighborhood along Brighton Boulevard. Since we announced the project back in 2016, it took quite some time to get off the ground, but present day, a lot of progress has been made.
As a refresher, this new project will provide the neighborhood with 120,000 square feet of office space along with 26,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space for retail and lobby functions. Below are photos of the building looking south along Brighton Boulevard. In the third photo, you will see another structure going vertical behind this project. This is a standalone parking structure that will serve Revolution 3600 through a shared parking agreement for 229 spaces. The garage will also contain 7,800 square feet of ground floor retail.
Wrapping up, here are two more photos of Revolution 3600 looking north along Brighton Boulevard towards 38th Street.
It’s great to see more infill going up along Brighton Boulevard, especially near the 38th and Blake commuter rail station.
It is actually Revolution 360 and not Revolution 3600.
Looks like the name changed since we first announced it. Thanks for catching that!
Off the present site – but – any idea what is going up at 1776 Champa St – the area is fenced off and there is the base of a crane installed.
It’s a 14-story hotel- I believe a Hyatt Centric.
Hi Brian,
Someone posted this at work today. Looks like a Hyatt hotel: https://www.denvergov.org/media/gis/WebDocs/CPD/SDP_Maps/2019123584.pdf
