The twin-tower condo project at 18th and Glenarm is now under construction. Present-day, excavation, and shoring are taking place for the two underground levels.
Below are a couple of photos showing the project site from a distance. Given the footprint of the project site, the two towers should be more slender, adhering to a point tower-style massing.
Moving in a bit closer, here are a couple of photos around the project at the street level.
Wrapping up, below is one more photo of the project from the ground level. Judging from the depth of the hole, it appears there is one more level of excavation to go before the project bottoms out.
This project is particularly exciting because it takes up a surface parking lot in Upper Downtown’s “no-mans-land” and will provide Denver with some much-needed condos.

Thanks for the update. Do you know anything about the Avis lot? Few years ago, I heard there was a plan being circulated around, but I haven’t seen anything come out for the site. It will be great to see that huge surface lot being put to better use.
This is exciting indeed! Not to turn this into an FAQ, but I’m really interested in how the city decides that a safe right of way for pedestrians is required or when construction closes the sidewalk. From my point of view, it appears to be random. Odd that in an area so close to a light rail stop, they can close the sidewalk.
