Back in October, we reported that one of the last largest developable parcels in Union Station North has been cleared for construction. Fast forward four months and the project is fully under-construction with a tower crane up at the project site.
Excavation is fully complete, with the underground levels starting to go vertical. Below are a few recent photos of the project site.

Oh joy! More above ground parking. Dig a hole, park underground, have more useable square footage with active eyes on the street. Yes, it costs more to build parking underground, but it makes so much more sense from an urban planning perspective, and urban placemaking.
